ATXIMUR is a contemporary dance and live music duo created for street and non-conventional spaces. It brings together dancer and creator Oihana Vesga and experimental electronic music artist and composer RRUCCULLA – Izaskun González.
The work explores rhythm as a site of convergence. Through body and sound, the performers investigate rhythmic patterns that structure both the choreography and the sonic field of the piece. Dance and music enter into dialogue, and through rhythm, a shared territory is established between performers and audience. The piece invites the audience to experience rhythm beyond metric structures, as a space of emotional resonance and collective sensory experience.
